Situation

Emergent's Quality Assurance team was undertaking a process reengineering project.They wished to create clear, user-focused process documentation and SOPs.

Solution

After Quality Assurance team members received training in the Information Mapping Method and applied it to their work, overwhelmingly positive feedback from users led Emergent to incorporate Information Mapping principles into their content standard for documentation. They've purchased FS Pro for all employees as well as training for key users.
