Technical support for FS pro is available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Cost
Technical support is free of charge for the first 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, a charge may apply.
Information Needed
When contacting Technical Support, please have the following information ready:
- the FS Pro version number
- the Microsoft Word version number, and
- details of the error message, if applicable.
