Training Design
Training Design is a specific subset of the Architecture and Design phase that focuses on
- identifying information gaps and performance objectives
- defining learning objectives and evaluation criteria
- determining the training platform, and
- establishing the training plan.
The training blueprint that we design can be deployed in a classroom environment, within an online or e-learning system, or as a blended solution.
