Dress Code
Q: What is the suggested dress code for Information Mapping's public programs?
A: We suggest "Corporate Casual" attire for all of our public programs.
Program Hours
Q: What are the hours for Information Mapping's public programs?
A: Information Mapping's public programs run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Since each day is a full day, please arrive in time and make your travel arrangements accordingly.
Payment Policy
Q: What is Information Mapping's payment policy for public programs.
A: Prepayment for all public program registrations is required. Information Mapping accepts credit cards, checks, or written purchase orders.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is Information Mapping's cancellation policy for public programs?
A: Cancellations and transfers made less than 10 business days prior to the start of the program are subject to the full registration fee. You may designate someone to attend the program in your place at any time prior to the start of the program. Information Mapping reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. Please consider this policy when making flight arrangements. If a program is cancelled, you will receive immediate notification.
