Survey Reveals Well-Documented Procedures Critical to Business Success

Information Mapping, Inc. conducted a survey of over 700 U.S. business professionals and 90% reported that documented procedures are either 'extremely important' or 'very important' in meeting their companies objectives. The ability to write procedures was also rated 'extremely or very important.'

Jan Ross is a key member of the team that created and maintains Texas Capital's Documentation Online Center (DOC). This intranet site houses all of the bank's internal policies and procedures and is in daily use by employees through the Texas Capital organization.
