Hints & Tips: Using FS Pro to Insert Images

Did you know that you can use FS
Pro Version 3.0-3.0e to insert images into your documents?
Using this feature enables you to
- choose from images stored on your systems
- insert an image into
- the Block or Table you are currently
in, or
- a new Block or Table, and
- ensure that FS Pro recognizes the image during
updating and conversions to HTML or XML.
Use the table below to insert the image into
a Block or Table.

Place your curser in the Block or table where you want the picture
to appear. |

Click
- the Insert Picture icon
located on the FS Pro toolbar, or
- Insert Picture from the FS Pro menu in Word.

3 |
Browse to find the picture you want. |
|
4 |
Do you want to insert the picture inside a new Block?
- If yes
- select the Insert Picture in new Block
check box, and
- go to Step 5.
- If no, go to Step 5.

Click Insert.
Result: The picture is inserted
|
