Call for Submissions Announced for
Annual “IMAP Awards”

Information Mapping is pleased to announce a call for submissions for its annual IMAP Awards for the best examples of applications of the Information Mapping® method. The submission deadline is July 31, 2007. Winners will be notified by August 31, 2007.

Categories
A winner will be chosen in each of the following four categories:

• Best Documentation or Training Material
• Best Policy/Procedure
• Best Business Communication, such as memos, e-mails, reports, proposals, and
• Best Web Application.

In addition, a Grand Prize winner will be selected.

Prizes and Recognition
Entrants will receive prizes and special recognition:

• All entrants will receive a mug and special recognition on the Information Mapping Web site.
• Four winners will receive a $25 restaurant or Amazon.com gift certificate.
• The Grand Prize winner will receive a gift certificate plus a free seat in an Information Mapping public workshop of his or her choice, worth up to $1,495.
• Winning submissions will be featured on the Information Mapping Web site and in its online newsletter, Insider, distributed to 14,000 people in leading organizations.

Guidelines
Submissions must include

• a brief explanation of the material, such as its background or purpose
• the “source” material (the same material as it existed before applying the Information Mapping method, if available)
• the material created using the Information Mapping method
• a description of any measurable results or feedback from users, and
• contact information, including name, title, company, address, phone, and e-mail address.

How to Submit Entries
To submit materials for consideration, send Microsoft Word, text, or html files to marketing@infomap.com, fax to 781-547-3200, or mail to Information Mapping, Inc., 307 Waverley Oaks Road, 3rd Floor, Waltham, MA 02452, Attn: “Marketing.”
